In our desire to genuinely interact with our client’s we encourage them and their family to conduct personal interviews with our caregiver. Once the trust is established we efficiently create a tailored plan of care focused on our client’s progress, comfort and peace of mind. Our company believes in open communication, therefore, we mandate a weekly progress report from the client, the client’s family and the caregiver.
OUR STAFF:
We employ diversified caregivers. They are all screened, personally interviewed and carefully chosen before they join our team. We thoroughly check references to determine skill level, judgment ability and personality type. We also perform criminal background checks. We guarantee that our caregivers are highly experienced, knowledgeable, competent and most importantly, compassionate and sensitive to our clients’ needs.

We offer homemakers, companions, CNA and nursing services that are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our Registered Nurse Care Manager is available for your assessment and referral needs.

Live-In Care
A live-in caregiver stays in the home 24 hours a day, and is available to assist morning, noon and night. If we provide live-in care for 7 days a week, we assign a primary caregiver and a back-up caregiver to the job. The primary caregiver provides care for 4-5 days a week, and the back-up caregiver takes over for the remainder of the week.
Hourly Care
Not all older adults require live-in care. Many use our caregivers on an hourly basis, for example, just during the night, or just on the weekends, or just for transportation to doctor appointments. Care Advocate, Inc. is flexible, and is happy to provide care whenever and wherever needed.
